We also go the extra mile by building a 6-photo ad on For Sale By Owner websites. We promote your property on FSBO sites to ensure you have maximum exposure and the best chance for a sale. Traditional real estate agents would not put your success over their own vanity. Then we add 6 pictures to your listings on MLS, a practice not common with most agents. We create and produce all of these ads and update your information periodically.
  8. We offer a commission rebate when you use us to purchase your next house. We will refund your $500 fee upon the close of the purchase of your next property when we are used as the buyer’s agent.
  9. We offer FREE a la carte marketing tools to our clients that refer others to us.
  10. We make paying easy. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. And, if you prefer to pay us at closing instead of upfront, we can work that out as well. Call for details.
